The worst place I have ever stayed at

The reason we picked this location was because it's close to Columbia University. However, this may not be the best location.

− Extremely tight space, worst beds ever, host doesn't care to upkeep the space, space is infested with rodents, facility is not a smoke free environment and the smoke fill up our room causing us to be very uncomfortable, door knob of room fell off and host didn't even put it back on causing us not to have privacy. Host just care about making the most money without caring about the comfort of the guests.

Within walking distance of a subway station Bed was comfortable

− Room was small with a shared bathroom. Although this was in small print of accomodation info, we did t see it and was unlike other places that clearly stated shared bathroom. The method of having key in a pot pla t was pretty poor as door was u locked and tbere were at least 3 pots visible. My email was down for duration so we did t know the access code and were locked out 2 nights running. No one answered tbe door when we rang the bell and no one answered the phone. It was by pure chance we found access details on Booking.com. At the end of the day, we did t have high expectations for a 3 night, short notice stay in NYC and our expectations were about met. One thing, the place was spotless.

La posizione era buona e comoda si servizi

− La stanza nin risponde alle norme non c era un armadio il letto era praticamente la dimensione della stanza,. Non ho praticamente disfatto i bagagli x 9 giorni. Credo fosse l unica stanza così non conforme perché quando puliva le altre mi sembravano spaziose. Assolutamente invivibile in due e troppo costosa per ciò che era.

− 1. La persona que atiende el chat no contesta tan fácil, casi hay que rogar para que consten. 2. Cobrando por dejar las maletas temprano mientras salimos a la ciudad esperando el checkin? Primera vez en el mundo que esto me pasa. 3. Checkin a las 16:30, demasiado tarde. 4. La habitación es muy pequeña.
