9.0Posizione molto comoda, benchè non sia nelle vie del centro: la casa è infatti raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale con il tram (2 sole fermate, circa 3 minuti) e una brevissima passeggiata di una manciata di minuti. Zona molto caratteristica con barche-casa attraccate sul canale. Casa dotata di tutto il necessario (doccia, vasca, asciugamani, phon, ferro da stiro, ecc). Cucina dotata di lavastoviglie; frigo pieno di prodotti per la colazione a disposizione (marmellate, cornetti, biscotti tipici, succhi, yogurt). Proprietari fantastici.
− Se incappate in ondate di caldo (34 gradi ad Amsterdam!!) la casa risulterà un po calda ma ci sono ventilatori comunque a disposizione.

10.0A truly wonderful experience! Staying on the water gives you that 'on a boat' feeling, but with a refined touch. The interior is carefully designed with a focus on the finer details. Spotlessly clean and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
− Maybe the downstairs sleeping area could be a little warmer.

10.0Cette maison sur l'eau est très bien conçue et très agréable, tout près de l'arrêt de tram et relativement proche du centre à pied. Milo est très réactif.
