8.0הדירה ענקית! 5 חדרי שינה פלוס סלון , 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת, מטבח מאובזר, סלון מרווח, מרפסת קטנה שמשקיפה לרחוב
− במייל קיבלתי הודעה על מס החדר ובקומה היה רשום NONE, כשהקומה בפועל היתה הקומה הראשונה מעל המעלית, ניסיתי להתחבר ולא קיבלתי את כל הפרטים כדי לנסות אפילו לפתוח את הדלת, מדובר במפתח דיגיטלי דרך אפליקציה, לקח לי מעל שעה להבין שאפילו עוד לא קיבלתי את המפתח ושאני לא בקומה הנכונה, היינו 8 אנשים, מבוגרים וילדים אחרי טיסה וזה לא היה נעים, כל זה כשאני מול שירות לקוחות בטלפון של אחד האורחים של מלון הדירות, בזמן שחיכינו כחצי שעה נוספת כדי שיגיע מישהו עם מפתח פיזי, עשינו את כל התהליך מהתחלה ואז קיבלנו תמונה של דלת עם מפתח והיה רשום קומה BP2 ואז הבנו שאולי אנחנו לא במקום הנכון, בעלי עלה והצליח לפתוח את הדלת , היה מאוד לא ברור ולא נוח , למחרת כבר ביקשנו מהקבלה מפתחות פיזיים כדי להקל עלינו

5.0Toller Balkon, großzügiges Apartment
− Waschmaschine defekt, Türen klemmen, Dusche sehr klein, sehr laut, da viele junge Menschen rücksichtslos sind. Kiffen auf jedem Balkon.

− Nessun problema rilevante , se non poca insonorizzazione tra le camere e poca tolleranza nei rumori , con telefonate molto frequenti da parte di ola living
