10.0Apartmán byl parádní. Na to jak je to malý prostor, tak je geniálně uspořádán a nic nechybí. Alejandro je úžasný hostitel a zaslouží si 11/10 hvězdiček. Kéž by bylo více takových hostitelů. Mohu jenom soporučit.

9.0Evde konuklar için her ayrıntı düşünülerek ihtiyaç olabilecek her eşya yerleştirilmiş ve konumu çok iyi bir yerde. Check in saatinden önce Barcelona'ya vardık ve ev sahibi erken check in yapmamızı sağladı, bu sayede valizlerimizi yetleştirerek tatilimize daha erken başlayabildik.
− Konaklamamız başlamadan 3 gün önce ev sahibi POS/ kredi kartı makinesinin bozulduğunu ve bankanın tamirat için 1 hafta süre verdiğini (konaklamamız boyunca bozuk olacağını) belirterek nakit ya da banka havalesi yolu ile ödeme yapmam gerektiğini söyledi. Kredi kartı sonuç olarak ertelemeli bir ödeme yöntemi ve insanlar bu parayı genellikle tatilini yaptıktan sonra hesap kesim tarihinde ödüyor. Teklif ettiği diğer yöntemlerde ise ev sahibi peşin para talep ediyor. Konaklamama 3 gün kaldığı için konaklamamı değiştirme ihtimalim yoktu ama bunun müşteriyi zora sokan bir durum olduğunu düşünüyorum. Başkalarının da başına aynı durumun gelme ihtimaline karşı burada belirtmek istedim.
Absolutely magical stay in the heart of Barcelona with a 5-star host!
10.0Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Barcelona, walking distance to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Yet the apartment itself was a peaceful oasis. Immaculate, combining authenticity (building from 1888) with modern comfort and stocked with everything we needed. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was Alejandro. He is the definition of an exceptional host. From the first message he was responsive, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. He gave us amazing local tips that you won’t find in guidebooks, made check-in effortless, and even helped us offering an early check-in at zero cost after a long flight so our kids could rest immediately and allowing us to properly deal with our jet-lag. Thanks to Alejandro, this didn’t feel like a rental: it felt like coming home. If you’re visiting Barcelona, do yourself a favor and book this place. We’re already planning our return!

10.0Eine schöne kleine Wohnung zu einer angemessenen Miete im unserer Meinung nach besten Viertel von Barcelona. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Eine Küche ist vorhanden, wer möchte, kann sich hier selbst versorgen. Wir haben es nicht getan, weil das kulinarische Angebot in unmittelbarer Umgebung hervorragend ist. Die Wohnung liegt im rückwärtigen Teil des Hauses, sodass kein Straßenlärm stört. Die Kommunikation mit Alejandro war zu jeder Zeit hervorragend. Seine Tipps zu preiswerter Garage in der Nähe und zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Barcelona erneut hier buchen.
Ubicación perfecta para recorrer Barcelona
10.0Me pareció excelente la ubicación, cómoda para caminar por los principales puntos, como por ejemplo la casa Batlo, a solo 200 metros.. El apartamento rodeado de negocios y barcitos, y la hospitalidad de Alejandro, quien nos recibió y nos dió muchos consejos para manejarnos con comodidad y libertad. Nos hizo sentir cómodos y respondió rápidamente a cada necesidad. Recomiendo su espacio.
− Un poco reducido el espacio del apartamento, aunque todo muy funcional y pudimos adaptarnos, con mi pareja.
