Ein perfekter Urlaub (Sightseeing und Erholung am Strand) in traumhafter Wohnung/Umgebung!
10.0Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Stadt waren traumhaft, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist sehr offen, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Vermieterin war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat zudem tolle Tips gegeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist extrem gut: Bushaltestelle vor der Tür (2 Buslinien), weitere Bushaltestelle um die Ecke (mehrere Buslinien), 3 Gehminuten zum Strand. Man kommt ist mit dem Bus schnell in der Altstadt. Trotz der Restaurants und der zentralen Lage am Hafen ist die Wohnung im 6. Stock sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Gefallen hat uns als Familie auch, dass das WC und die Dusche mit einer Schiebetür von den Waschbecken getrennt werden konnten, sodass mehrere Personen gleichzeitig im Badezimmer sein konnten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Frische Putzlappen, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier usw. standen ebenso wie Kaffeekapseln, einige Liter stilles Wasser, einige Softdrinks u.a. zur Verfügung.
− Gefehlt hat uns nur ein Handbesen mit Kehrblech, um den Sand und Staub, den man zusammengefegt hat, aufzunehmen. Der kleine Handstaubsauger war dafür leider nicht so geeignet.
A perfect base for a stay in Barcelona
10.0This apartment was really lovely. Amazing location in Barceloneta, with fantastic views over the marina, barely 5 min walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk into the Gothic quarter. Beds were super comfy, aircon in the living space worked well and the apartment was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Xesca, our host was super helpful gave lots of recommendations for good local restaurants, bakeries etc. Would definitely use as a base again when visiting the city,

9.0Great place to stay for a long weekend for our family of four (14-year old and 8-year old). The views are gorgeous and you can easily reach both the beach and areas such as El Born and Barri Gotic by foot. The metro is only a short walk away. Incredibly kind and accommodating hosts. We arrived in the evening and they had provided us with much more than just the essentials in terms of food, which was a happy surprise for the entire family and meant that we could kick off our holiday in the best possible wat. Would highly recommend to families and friends looking to explore Barcelona - was my 6th visit and definitely the best accommodation so far.
