− It’s getting a little shabby and needs some care. It wouldn’t take much to improve it and would make a big difference.
Nice apartment with perfect location
8.0The apartment was clean. There were enough towels for all 3 of us. The location is amazing between La Rambla and the shopping street. Everything is a walking distance from the apartment.
− The only downside is the fact that there is a tight stairs to get to the elevator which can be challenging if you have big suitcases; you'll have to carry them to the elevator.
Good to know
Guests are required to collect their key from Passatge Sert, 1, from Monday to Friday, and from Carrer d'Aribau, 228, on Saturday and Sunday. Additional instructions will be provided after booking.
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
