siamo stati bene, anche se l'edificio e l'ascensore ha gli anni di Gaudì, era comunque confortevole.
8.0l'assistenza via whatsapp che ho ricevuto quando si è trattato di attivare il link per aprire le porte dell'appartamento. Io poi ho segnalato la necessità di alcune piccole manutenzioni all'interno dell'appartamento e mi è sempre stato risposto cortesemente. mi è piaciuto inoltre la possibilità di depositare i bagagli in attesa della partenza.
− mancanza di istruzioni più dettagliate sull'utilizzo del condizionatore (in forma cartacea).....troppa tecnologia mi stressa.... inoltre non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la TV perchè sembra che mancassero le istruzioni per vedere i canali internazionali. MANCA UNA MOKA PER IL CAFFE' o una macchina a capsule : non a tutti piace il caffè americano lungo!!!!

− Hab die Unterkunft mit booking gebucht Normalerweise bekommt man über die App alle Zugangsdaten zum Check in Allerdings war ich an zwei falschen Standorten davor, Kommunikation war schwierig da mein Englisch nicht so gut war. Anschließend musste ich alle meine Daten nochmal zusätzlich zusenden. Um ins Apartment zu kommen. All dies hatte Zeit geraubt und bin erst kurz vor Mitternacht rein gekommen! Ca 4 h Zeit verschwendet
