The communication was very easy. Jose was helpful and on hand. The apartment was very big with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. The "welcome basket" with water, nuts, muffins, sweets and jam was a nice touch. There was all as described with sugar, salt, oil and even coffee in the kitchen. We did not use the cooker -was too hot. The washing machine with complimentary washing liquid was very helpful to wash our clothes and they dried just in few hours as it was very hot season. The air conditioning in rooms and the living room was amazing, especially after a busy day out. The location is spectacular just 1-2 min walk to Sagrada Familia. The view from the balcony was a breath taking. Plenty of big supermarkets like Mercadona and Aldi, little shops, restaurants and public transport. Easy access to the building and a lift or stairs to the apartment.

− As this is a central location, there was noise from the street: cars, ambulances, celebrations in the outdoor restaurants, rubbish collection which is understandable due to the location and single glass windows ( probably antique- beautiful). We used to go to sleep very late so not much problem , and we used ear buds to manage this sometimes. I liked the clean streets in our area and around Sagrada Familia , so I understand the rubbish trucks at night. In all, this is just to make people aware. I am not complaing as I was expecting that, reading other opinions and decided to rent it any way. This apartment is well worth it.

There’s a lot of Restaurants nearby. We didn’t have a problem regardings breakfast.

− Toilet flush: Water keep running after flushing. Brocken tiles in the bath room.

Convenient location.

− One of air conditioning units was not working properly. Broken tile in bathroom floor (sharp edge). No toilet paper, when enquired about they suggested us to buy it. Place seem poorly maintained with lose screws in door handles in one bathroom. Toilet was running water for hours. Shower was having trouble to drain water.

Very cute stay, overall good experience

Location was phenomenal, the apartment itself was very cute, balconies were adorable, very European. The kitchen was well stocked. Bedroom and living room sizes were nice. The host was also nice.

− The kitchen was a little small, there was a lot of moving stuff around to try to cook. The tops of surfaces (fridge, cabinets, etc) were also dusty. We also had to pay the VAT / tourist tax in person with cash which was a little weird, I would much prefer to just pay everything through Booking beforehand. Since we aren't from Europe, we couldn't do bank transfer and had to do cash and the host didn't have change. The beds were fine, we only had one pillow which was a little uncomfortable. The elevator to get in was also a little weird and very very small, but the stairs were fine if needed.

The location is excellent, 1 minute walk from Sagrada Familia. We arrived late and host met us very late at night to give the keys (for an extra fee but it was useful). The house is very spacious. Kitchen utilities were clean and it made cooking and having breakfast in the house very easy.

− The beds and especially pillows were really poor and uncomfortable. At least there could be proper pillows. Also city tax is paid extra, per person and per night. This hikes the daiily price, it should be calculated before booking for comparison.
