8.0L'appartement est très bien situé, à 200 m de la Barceloneta, et il est globalement bien équipé. Le petit balcon permet également de profiter de l'extérieur. L'immeuble est calme. Je mentionne ici la disponibilité exemplaire et la gentillesse d'Albiol qui était notre interlocuteur sur place et qui nous a aidé lors d'un problème de serrure. Un geste commercial que je n'attendais pas a été fait, ce qui est très commerçant.
− Juste le canapé-lit qui à mon avis doit être révisé. Rien au-delà.
Ligging perfect, leuk appartement!
8.0Ligging perfect, ontzettend dichtbij het strand en horeca. Ook bussen en metro op korte afstand. Appartement is prima om te verblijven voor 2 personen. Groot dakterras op bovenste verdieping. Eenvoudig ingericht met veelal IKEA meubilair, prima. Voldoende handdoeken, erg fijn. Leuk detail zijn de (oude?) platen van het strand van Barcelona aan de wand.
− Borden, bestek en glazen leek wat bij elkaar geraapt en ook wat te missen (of niet aangevuld bij het kapot gaan) Messen en schaar vrij bot, even laten slijpen (of vervangen) Wij hebben niet gekookt, dus kan niet goed beoordelen of keukengerei compleet is. Keuken mag en kan wat schoner, vooral bovenop afzuigkap. Verder zag het er prima uit. Let wel: het is behoorlijk trappen lopen, vrij smal en nauw. Gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam - alle lof! Extra beddengoed voor op de slaapbank was snel geregeld en zelfs dit bed werd door schoonmaak nog extra voor ons opgemaakt.

9.0Mycket bra läge - både för strand och restauranger i Barceloneta - och perfekt lägenhet för 2 pers med mycket fräscht badrum. En liten balkong, lite för trång för 2 pers men finns också en allmän takterrass (gemensam för alla i huset). Bra luftkonditionering, både temperaturen och att den var tyst. Skön säng. Vi kunde checka ut senare eftersom lägenheten var ledigt dagen efter, vilket var mycket uppskattat då vi hade ett sent flyg hem.
− För oss inget problem, men högst upp med smala trappor och utan hiss kan vara jobbigt om man planerar att gå in och ut flera gånger under dagen, eller har tunga väskor. Ett frysfack i kylen hade varit bra.
Amazing location, great hosts, historic property - positive experience
9.0The location is great, next to the beach, plaza, shops, restaurants, etc. Central AC is great. All items (coffee machine, iron, etc) are provided for a comfortable stay.
− The property is an old, historic building, therefore, no elevator - prepare to climb stairs. AC above the bed blows into the face.
