10.0It was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. They were very kind and spoke some English so that was very helpful.
− It was a little challenging to navigate the hills and streets to get to the hotel but I think that is just how Istanbul is.

Area was a bit dodgy even though I appreciated it being close to attractions

− Last leg of our journey and we were dropped off down the road as the taxi wouldn't go down the narrow road, once there there was very little communication available, and we're told to haul our bags up the flights of stairs ourselves making a very unpleasant welcome.
