10.0Actually it is not just a one thing. Location is perfect, staff (Mr Serhat bey) is best and perfect guy that i saw until now. He kindly helped us for every thing that you need. Thanks to him so much. I and my family was so pleasure to stay this hotel so much

− The apartment doesn't have an elevator, so it may be challenging if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. I also think the cleanliness could be improved, as that's one of the most important things travelers look for when choosing a place to stay.

10.0The hotel is very well located. The room was spacious and clean. The young man at the reception was very helpful and tried to assist with any request. The ground-floor restaurant serves excellent food, and guests receive a 20% discount.
− My room was on the top floor, and the building doesn't have an elevator. At least I got a bit of a workout climbing the stairs.

10.0The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Istanbul’s main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. The manager was very friendly and helpful and gave me great recommendations on places to visit, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The restaurant at the hotel is also excellent. I really enjoyed the food and the service there.
