− в соседнем доме можно было снять жилье в 3 раза дешевле с более ухоженным ремонтом, очень шумно ночью, в соседнем подъезде очень активно себя продают женщины трансвеститы, сами апартаменты очень обшарпанные, не было посуды, каждый вечер у нас выключали электричество и в первый вечер благо мама осталась в номере и мы смогли попасть в него, потому что до этого мы час просидели под подъездом, так как ключ карта выключена из-за отсутствия электричества, а другого ключа у нас не было, час сидели потому что мама уснула и не слышала звонка
За такую цену, все отлично.

Redelijk hotel op superlocatie
7.0De locatie vlakbij Taksimplein is heel goed en er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Schone handdoeken en lakens. Het bed was vrij comfortabel. Thee en nescafézakjes bij aankomst. Het hotel zit net niet in de straten met heel veel hotels. Dat vonden wij fijn. De prijs is zeer redelijk.
− De witte lampen 's avonds geven onaangenaam licht, het laken was te klein voor het bed, de badkamerdeur en koelkastdeur zijn beschadigd door vocht/ro est, handvaten van de kastjes zijn kapot. Heel weinig bestek ed in de keuken. Kortom, het heeft wat meer aandacht en onderhoud nodig. Wij hebben zelf een geel licht gevend lampje gekocht om de kamer iets meer sfeer te geven. Het is behoorlijk rumoerig op straat 's avonds.

5.0Location and it has kitchen facilities if anyone wants to cook
− I booked the most expensive King deluxe room with balcony at the top floor hoping it would be most pleasant, but this room was extremely smelly of cigarettes that it was hard to breathe. During booking, it was not told that this one is for smokers only! The roof had stains you can't see on Booking photos and the worst, it started leaking after the rain, creating a mini pond in the room. I was relocated to Queen room advertised on Booking at cheaper price, but I was not offered any compensation. And that Queen room also had big stains you can't see on Booking. Entire building needs complete repair, painting and humidity/odor elimination. Only after the room was booked, it was informed there is no elevator and it has very winding narrow stairs that are not great to climb with your suitcase to the roof floor.
