− Laundromat in building didn't work, you have no place where to change around the pool, but you can't walk around in the swimming suit....no towels by the pool. And when you are leaving, you need to leave keys in the apartment and close the door and then the elevator doesn't work without the fab....

− O estacionamento é no 12º andar, com subida/descida bem apertada, além disso, apesar do andar do apto ser bastante alto, ouvimos muito barulho a noite, mesmo com as portas fechadas, barulho da rua. Isso é um ponto que não gostamos mas vale a avaliação.
