5.0The staff were not friendly enough. When we faced a problem in the shower, instead of understanding and helping to fix the issue, they showed an attitude as if we (3 people) were trying to cause a problem. Fortunately, we found a way to fix the heating system of the shower water.
− Staff attitude. The apartment in the hotel is smaller than it looks in the photos (still okay).

− I specifically chose to pay on arrival which stated no payment would be taken before. They then cancelled on me as I was on the flight over, which I obviously didn’t see until we landed which left us with nowhere to stay, the room had conveniently been booked in that time as I looked straight away to rebook.
It’s great for a few days visit.
