8.0Right beside Gulhane park. Close to tram & train. 10 minute walk to ferries and sultanamet attractions. Away from congestion. Plenty of eating places within 2 or 3 blocks. We loved the location. Great shower Reception were quick to fix any issues
− Wifi was weak to terrible, but did improve after some adjustments Electronic doors were a great solution, but went off with a brief power cut.

− No information on how to check in provided. Access codes provided were incorrect. 24/7 help desk is actually a 10 min walk away (we were not informed of this). Dirty. Misadvertised (kitchen was almost non existent) Run down. Boiler wasn’t functioning. Making loud noises all night and there wasn’t hot water.
