− We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We found cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable for a property at this price. The soundproofing was terrible – we could hear loud music, shouting and people walking around during the night, making it impossible to sleep. We were also required to pay a £200 security deposit, which was never clearly communicated before arrival. When we explained that we had not been informed about this charge, we were simply told that we could not check in without paying it. There was no air conditioning, so the room was unbearably hot. The listing was also misleading regarding the bathroom – we expected a private bathroom in the room, but it was actually located in the corridor. Overall, the accommodation did not match our expectations or the description.
Underhand hidden extra charges. Would never book again. Do not recommend.

− This hotel operate in a scammy and underhand way, forcing guests who’ve already paid the advertised fee for the night to pay hidden extra costs in order to gain access code to their room. They demanded £200 refundable security deposit & if you’re not willing to risk that you must pay £30 nonrefundable. Unhelpful staff.

− Photos online are deceiving, the room we was given looked nothing like the pictures. Room needed a good clean and a lick of paint.
