2.0− Purtroppo il mio soggiorno di due giorni presso questa struttura è stato molto deludente. La pulizia del bagno era decisamente insufficiente: ho trovato i contenitori del sapone e shampoo sporchi e completamente vuoti. La situazione sarebbe stata già spiacevole di per sé, ma ciò che mi ha lasciato maggiormente insoddisfatta è che, nonostante abbia segnalato il problema e richiesto il necessario rifornimento, non mi è stato fornito alcun sapone per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Anche la pulizia della stanza era carente e l'acqua del condizionatore gocciolava all'interno della camera.

− Sicuramente da rivedere il concetto di pulizia. Inoltre, mancava carta igienica in bagno e sapone per le mani.
