10.0Termini Tren istasyonunun 2 sokak arkası tam merkezde olması harika, gezip görülecek tüm lokasyonlara çok yakın,oda klimalı ve kliması mükemmel, yetkili kişi Sergio harika biri, harita üzerinde gezilecek mekanları tarif etti, hangi otobüs ve metroyu kullanmamız gerektiğini anlattı ve odamız da kaldığımız süre boyunca hiç rahatsız edilmedik, biz gezmedeyken oda her gün temizlendi, çok memnun kaldık birdaha gelecek olursam yine burayı tercih ederim.
− Fiyat olarak benim tuttuğum 11-18 temmuz 2026 tarihleri çok pahalı kalmış 20 sinden sonra fiyatı yarı yarıya düşürmüşler onun haricinde bir sorunum olmadı

10.0Very close to the center and to the termini - only 4 minutes from the bus stops to the airport!! Sergio was super nice and he gave us insights of the locals to many nice places. The neighbourhood was quite safe and the park near it was full of events every night! Great choice!

8.0Blizu glavne zelezniske postaje. Kuhinja z mikrovalovko, stedilnikom, grelcem vode, aparatom za kavo in hladilnik (manjsi skupni prostor). Blizu trgovine, restavracije, lugguage deposit. Dobra stvar je zgodnji check-in.

− The neighbourhood next to Roma Termini station is what it is.
Comfort near Termini Station
9.0In Rome, it was a good value for money. Room in an apartment of a private condominium, being 2 blocks down from Termini Station it was great for transiting all around Rome by bus or metro. Cleaned room every day and has a private bathroom across the hall which we have the key for. It was on the fifth and last floor of the building with temperatures above 35° almost every day, so the AC was a life saver.
− Just some noise on the last night from neighbors, other than that nothing to consider.
