8.0Clean, tidy and spacious. Plenty of free parking on the street. Very close to clipper boats for a pleasant trip into central London.

7.0The host's communication was excellent. Clear guidance (by WhatsApp) on how to use the key box, where to find your room key, general instructions and handy tips. The room was clean and presentable too.
− There didn't appear to be any hot running water, especially for the shower.

Ik zou hier in de zomer niet boeken!
4.0− Het was uitermate warm buiten en er was slechts 1 kleine ventilator in de kamer om het koel te houden. Dit lukte niet! Het was op de kamer op de 1e verdieping veel te warm (zelfs warmer dan buiten). Een extra ventilator zou niet geregeld kunnen worden (zo bleek na navraag) en airco was er al helemaal niet. Ook waren er geen fatsoenlijke gordijnen dus waren we gewoon wakker bij zonsopgang (slapen ging toch al nauwelijks met die extreme hitte). Daarnaast was de deurpost van de centrale toegangsdeur geverfd (zonder bordje met informatie): kortom vlekken op onze kleding.
