− Douche bouchée… vitres très sales… fenêtre qui tient ouverte avec un balai coincé… des stores coincés, fermés, dans une chambre et pas de stores ni rideaux dans l’autre…

7.0Très bon emplacement. Le monsieur qui nous a reçu etait Très accueilant et serviable. La chambre et les communs étaient très propres. Il est appréciable d'avoir une cuisine. La literie est de bonne qualité. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
− Équipements et meubles un peu anciens. Il n'y a pas de climatisation ce qui peut-être problématique en cas de forte chaleur. Bruits dans la rue la nuit.
