5.0The location was perfect
− The bathroom want clean. We found it dirty and it was a mission to get the owner to have it clean or even the bedroom cleaned. She kept coming up with excuses for why the place wasn't cleaned. We didn't mess up the bathroom so at least she should have had the courtesy to make sure it was clean. We stayed 4 nights and the bathroom was only cleaned once.

8.0Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, sehr ruhig obwohl direkt am San Marco gelegen. Nähe zu Vaporetto Station in 2 Min zu Fuß, viele Bars und Restaurants. Klima läuft sehr gut, somit auch für heißen Sommer geeignet.
− Die zweite Tür oben wurde manchmal von Gästen von innen verschlossen, obwohl drauf explizit hingewiesen wurde. Man musste klopfen, dass jemand wieder aufmacht. Das muss technisch besser gelöst werden.

Cute place right in the heart of things
9.0Cute apartment just a few blocks off St. Mark's square so excellent location. The apartment has a shared common area and kitchen with ~ 3 separate locked bedrooms that are rented separately. Room was cute and nicely furnished and decorated. Small shower but adequate - normal for Europe. Located down a narrow alley right off of one of the main canals (can you say gondola :) The only negative was the walk up the stairs with bags was a bit of a kick in the butt so if you have any physical challenges I would not recommend. Otherwise, was a really cute property with a great location and I would definitely stay there again.
Super Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung Venedigs
10.0Die Lage ist herausragend! Unmittelbar am Markusplatz gelegen ist sie eine hervorragende Basis für die Erkundung Venedigs. Außerdem kommt legt der Wasserbus ganz in der Nähe an, so dass sich die Anreise auch sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit Annalisa ist super unkompliziert.
