Memorable and amazing!
10.0Great location, the entrance of the hotel is next to a great restaurant and amazing shops. Comfortable to get on and off the Rialto ferry stop and get to the hotel with only 5 min walking, 8 min walk to St. Mark square. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great view of the canal, we could see many gondolas passing by and hear them sing. Matteo communicated the location and transportation details to us in advance which was very helpful. One caution, the rooms are on second floor, no elevator.

10.0There is so much to like about this accommodation. Let's start with thr location. Perfectly placed in between Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. Literally in the middle of it all but when you close the door to the street its a quiet sanctuary..exactly what you need when you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the business. The apartment is very modern clean and incredibly stylish. The fridge was stocked and restocked the next day. All amenities were in good working order and modern. The view from the window is of a canal with gondolas passing all day. Lastly Matteo is a gentleman and incredibly helpful host giving us advice about what waterbus to get from the airport to the hotel and a helpful video guide whattsapped to me a few days before my visit ensured I didnt get lost. Thank you Matteo you are a credit to hosting in the hotel business
− Its well advertised that the rooms are on the second floor and the stairs are steep. Thats the nature of the architecture in Venice and Matteo organises help in carrying luggage if required. Honestly its a minor point

We waren een weekend Venetië. Prachtige stad. Maar veel te veel toeristen. Personeel in restaurants onaardig daardoor.

Brilliant stay. The location is fantastic, host is so welcoming and informative. We really enjoyed our time in Venice.
