9.0* Staff were good and the room was very spacious with a kitchen. * They communicated really well and also I had a check-in at 10pm and they accommodated it .. * Very good and I recommend it for others

− Se fossi nella proprietà chiederei un pelino di maggior cura del cortile interno, troppo malandato, e adeguerei la cabina doccia con un sistema più contemporaneo. Ma sono solo piccoli dettagli.

Perfect place to enjoy Venice!
9.0For the price you pay it’s just amazing, been 2nights there, location is just perfect i’d say in the heart of Venice, AC was working perfectly, the bed was comfortable, had a TV there on bedroom, in the kitchen there’s oven, fridge, a toaster and even a coffee machine! Just the perfect place to be in Venice! I highly recommend this place and will definitely get back there again! Thanks to the owner Fausto even though i didn’t meet him, he was very polite and explained me everything i needed online!
− Bathroom could be a little more clean (towels had a strange smell)

6.0the hallways of the palazzo are wonderful, but the room was very basic, in urgent need of thorough cleaning and refurbushment. the kitchen had a wall with mold, the bathroom was tiny, no ventilation, drainige not functioning. The location is very good,
