Locked out of pursue to arriving at 950pm

Was not able to stay we arrived late and they were notified but the fates were locked we had to find a hotel to stay. Continue to call and no answers until noon the next day. By then had to book a second night. Request money back but all I get are these surveys

− Uvnitř domu byla asi filtrace k bazénu, která pořád hučela, takže to rušilo spánek. Vybavení domu už je poměrně zastaralé.

Peaceful and relaxing

Beautful holiday home, really well equipped kitchen and BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining seating, so we were able to self cater, which was nice as had already eaten out a lot during the previous 10 days. Clean and comfortable, accomodation, lovely big soft fluffy towels. Beautiful pool with nice sun-beds, which we had to ourselves. Owners advised to help ourselves to freshly fallen mangoes, and left several for us to sample. We were provided with own remote for security gates so we could come and go as we pleased. We really enjoyed the peaceful location after a busy start to our holiday exploring the Everglades and The Keys.

− No instructions on how to enter property, arrived to locked gates and unable to attract owners attention. With no mobile phone (Cell) service in the USA we had to find free wifi in local supermarket to contact agents to be able to gain access. Also the property was advertised as having a machine machine, in reality it was access to a washing machine once during your stay and only on a Friday!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! La piscine était parfaite, et le fait de pouvoir en profiter seuls a rendu l’expérience vraiment unique. La maison est située dans un endroit paisible, avec quelques lézards pour compagnons — un vrai moment de détente. L’accueil était chaleureux, et l’accès très simple. Petit bonheur en plus : les manguiers dans le jardin nous ont permis de savourer des mangues fraîchement cueillies. Un vrai petit coin de paradis !

− Très peu de points négatifs à signaler. Peut-être seulement les plaques de cuisson, un peu vieillissantes, qui mettent un certain temps à chauffer. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour !
