9.0Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Bett bequem. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Simone sehr nett. Wir haben uns zwei Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Wem das Frühstück nicht ausreicht, der findet direkt vor der Unterkunft mehrere Frühstücksgelegenheiten.
− Das Bad hat die besten Tage hinter sich. Fanden wir aber nicht schlimm.
Прекрасное место для проживания в Риме с очень внимательным хозяином. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!
10.0Нас встретил владелец Simone, несмотря на наш поздний заезд. Он дождался нас, всё подробно показал, рассказал о квартире и дал полезные рекомендации. Очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный хозяин. Номер был чистый, уютный и полностью соответствовал описанию. Отличное расположение — до основных достопримечательностей можно легко дойти пешком.

9.0Spacious, clean, high ceiling room in an excellent location, next to Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso. Responsive and friendly host. Breakfast offered.
− Small bathroom, nowhere to hang the towels. However, there is a shower enclosure so there's no mess when you shower.

10.0Tutto A cominciare da Simone, host cordialissimo e disponibilissimo: ti fa sentire a casa e ti assiste con whatsapp da prima dell’arrivo a Roma (è presente in struttura, prepara colazione ed è lì anche di notte). Posizione assolutamente strategica per visitare tutta Roma; zona vivace, ma non rumorosa (le finestre isolano bene, però già verso mezzanotte anche a luglio non si sentiva più quasi nulla); si può passeggiare a qualsiasi ora senza temere brutti incontri, le vie sono molto sicure e piene di ristoranti. Camere ampie e letti comodi; abbinato alle due camere comunicanti dove ho alloggiato, è stato ricavato un bagno necessariamente angusto, ma con tutto ciò che serve e funzionale (con finestrella, non è cieco). Ideale per famiglie anche fino a 5 persone (con due bagni: uno per una matrimoniale e una singola, e un altro per una matrimoniale). Vero che qualcuno sottolinea che nella colazione non ci sono cibi salati (c’è la classica colazione dolce italiana, con tanta scelta), ma avendo conosciuto Simone, credo che basterebbe chiedere il giorno prima e forse procurerebbe anche un abbacchio 😊

10.0Location was great we were able to pick up the train and subway pretty easily and walk most places. Breakfast was a nice touch everything was delicious! The host really made us feel at home and was so sweet and caring!
