The excellent location and perfect views from the balcony overlooking the canal is definitely the bog pluses of this property. The host was also quite helpful and nice, easy to communicate and he even picked us up when we ended up being in the wrong location

− The appliances are quite outdated I would say and also the walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the next room

Чудове помешкання! Всім рекомендую Гарне розташування, поряд є заклади, магазини, де погуляти та що подивитися. В помешканні є все необхідне, в загальній зоні є все від холодильника, плити до посуду та кави. Окремо хочу відмітити терасу з видом на канал - це неймовірно для сніданків, обідів та вечерь або просто посидіти з таким видом. Окремо хочу відмітити господаря помешкання, Марко неймовірний, дуже гостинний та привітний. Попередньо Марко написав детальну інструкцію як дістатися помешкання. Під час проживання допомагав у будь-яких питаннях, рекомендував куди піти та що відвідати у Венеції. При повторному візиті до Венеції обов'язково зупинюсь в цьому помешканні.

We really liked the location. It was a quiet, more local feeling area but still a short walk to popular sites and close to a water bus stop. The facility was clean and the view of a canal from the room was beautiful.

− Individuals staying at the same residence were sometimes noisy past 11pm. Our room was accessed without warning. While we understand the intention was not malicious, guests should be made aware of this at check in and have the ability to decline this. Especially when all that is as done (that we could tell) was hang out dirty towels and make our bed.

L’emplacement idéal La qualité de l’accueil. L’hôte est très sympa et donne des bons conseils. La terrasse privative en bord de canal et la possibilité d’y prendre son petit déjeuner.

Very well located, balcony with seating on canal, so pretty. Lovely spot, fairly quiet off the main hustle and bustle, but accessible to all. Spacious room with clean facilities, comfortable beds and clean bathroom with good shower! Kitchen available with cooking facilities and fridge with crockery and cutlery if required, which was a great bonus. Marco the host was lovely, we got lost on arrival and he came and found us and walked us back, he was helpful, friendly and informative. He gave some great guidance on our return to the airport. He made us feel very welcome
