Comfortable suburban stay

It was very comfortable beds and easy to get groceries or in and out of Ampsterdam. We loved that it was quieter.

− The dock was over-grown but they had a boat. It would have been cool to get to swim in the area behind the place. Every evening we could hear kids swimming but it wasn't possible for us so it was like temptation. We would have loved a microwave too.

Extremely positive. A great way to kick off our family's European adventure!

Right from the get-go, Marta accommodated our early arrival setting the tone for this amazing stay. The location could not have been more perfect; just minutes away from easy tram access and a quick train to Amsterdam Centraal station (less than 15 minutes). Conveniently, there is also a grocery store and pharmacy right there. My kids also loved the playground on the way to the tram (just at the end of the quiet, residential street). The private canal access was a favourite of our entire family - we loved just sitting out there in the evening or early morning when it was super quiet and peaceful. The suite itself was perfect. My kids loved it so much they asked if we could live there, ha! Everything was very high quality, clean and overall pleasant. We would definitely highly recommend and book again ourselves if the opportunity arose!

Lovely place to stay in Amsterdam

This is a great apartment located right on a canal in a newer neighborhood of Amsterdam. It was clean, comfortable, with a nice outdoor patio and in a quiet area. Although there is no AC, it stayed cool in the June 2026 heat wave, which was a plus.

− Getting to the city center by public transportation took about 30-40 min. That was not a major issue for us.

El apartamento es idílico, a orillas de un canal con una terraza disponible para desayunar o cenar. La decoración preciosa y todo excelentemente limpio. Muy cerca hay un Albert Heijn (supermercado similar a Mercadona).

− El precio es excesivo para estar a las afueras. Tienes 15 minutos en tranvía. No tiene microondas y el menaje está justito. No te dejan jabón y champú. Tampoco sal, aceite...básicos de una cocina.
