− I don't remember reading a warning about the stairs. Bit tricky for luggage

− To get to the living space, you have to go up very steep and tiny wooden staircase. Terrible if you have luggage or are elderly / bad knees Quite old so be warned

8.0Location is great. Living room, kitchen and bedroom were comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Heating worked well. The bedroom was very quiet.
− 24 very steep steps to get to the second floor. That's quite a challenge with a suitcase. The bathroom is very small and looks old. The picture of the living room has clearly been photoshopped. In reality things are much older than that picture suggests.

− More about items to be aware of- steps to the apartment are steep (vs what you would expect in the States) which is typical of traditional accommodations in Holland. Also you can lock the apartment door when you are present but cannot lock it when you leave. Security is provided by the entrance door to the street.
