− 沒有隔音，附近沒什麼東西，最近的便利商店11點就關了，另外一間要走10分鐘

− The plastic cups in bathroom sink are not washed when we arrived. We had to wash it ourselves but the dirt was hard to remove. Please advise housekeeper.
