− 沒有冷氣，夏天實在太熱了，晚上睡不好 不知道浴室是和其他3位房客共用， 加上我們一共7人使用一間衛浴，實在很不方便。

9.0Très joli jardin intérieur donnant sur un petit canal, Quartier calme et proche du Musée de l’Academie à 20 minutes de la gare Santa Lucia en vaporetto ( arrêt vaporetto). Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Ambiance d’une ville italienne.
− Peu insonorisé, si les voisins des autres chambres sont bruyants cela s’entend
