Sehr guter Aufenthalt abseits des Trubels.
9.0Die ruhige und doch zentrumsnahe Lage, genügend Platz und vor allem die Aussicht aus der Küche und dem Balkon.
− Leider wurde die Wohnung sehr warm und ließ sich nicht wirklich abkühlen. Eine Klimaanlage wäre sehr gut.
Schönes Appartement in top Lage mit viel Renovierungsbedarf
8.0Das Appartment ist eigentlich ein echtes Schmuckstück. Einzigartige Lage mit super Blick aufs Wasser. Mit der Tram kommmt man problemlos in die City. Also eigentlich perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich.
− Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen und gefühlt abgewohnt. Man könnte mit kleinen Handgriffen und Investitionen viel erreichen. Bei uns funktionierte der Geschirrspüler nicht. Balkon und die Polsterauflagen sowie die Gardinen müssen zwingen gereinigt werden. Die Duschbrause war total verkalkt und müsste zwingend ersetzt werden. Glühbirnen fehlten in der Lampe und Stühle waren defekt. Ein Anstrich wäre auch nötig. Die durchaus bequemen Betten hatten den Nachteil, das Matratzen und Topper immer stark verrutschten, so dass ein ruhiges entspanntes Schlafen schwierig war und man zwischendurch immer wieder aufstehen musste, um alles wieder zusammenzuschieben. Die Toilette ist sehr klein geraten, so dass etwas korpulentere Leute wahrscheinlich die Tür offen stehen lassen müssen. Bitte auch berücksichtigen, dass man nur über schmale Treppen (3 Geschosse) das Appartement erreicht.
Der Aufenthalt war super. Die 20 minütige Fahrt in die Stadt war sehr einfach, da man nur mit der Straßenbahn fahren mus
10.0Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Kühlschrank war zum start gefüllt was alle Ansprüche übertroffen hat.

10.0Lejlighed er stor, ren, pæn, med smuk udsigt over vand, kan se solopgange om morgen og solnedgange om aften. Du kan tage Tram nr. 26 køre til Amsterdam Centraal kun 15 min, 2,71 euro. Vi tage også Uber til Albert Cuyp market kun 17 euro.
