9.0Lovely host. Jacob is excellent with communication. He quickly answered all questions. Location is great. Walking distance to everything, from cafe to underground subway to coffee shop and great restaurants. Canal right at the front if you like photo. Very nice and modern toilet and hot shower.
− Not that I did not like but the lighting could be better. I understand the dimmed light kinda give the Amsterdam old town vibe but the light in the room is so dimmed that my 70 year old dad could barely see anything. Lucky we had our torch with us.
Perfect for a short stay
9.0Jacob&Roy were exceptionally nice and welcoming. The location is beautiful near the canal, close to everything. For a short stay it was perfect.
− If you are sensitive sleeper, then you will definitelly need earplugs, because you can hear everything from outside.
A good, perfectly located canal-side B&B with lovely service and a great base for exploring Amsterdam.
9.0Amazing location right on the Prinsengracht canal, super central and walkable to museums, cafés and pretty much everything. Cozy, charming “Amsterdam canal house” vibe, friendly staff. Also felt really comfortable, with amenities you’d expect from a good hotel, good shower, solid Wi-Fi, and the little in-room basics that make a stay easy.

Excellent séjour
8.0Très beau et bien situé. Les hôtes sont réactifs et nous ont permis de prendre les clés plus tôt que prévu. Les petites attentions sont très agréable.
− Un bémol sur la literie, le matelas est vraiment en fin de vie et la couette trop petite, elle est de la même largeur que le matelas ce qui est un peu juste pour deux personnes.
