The location was ideal

− We booked last minute as we missed our flight and stood outside property for over a hour waiting on code to arrive to enter. There was no air Con or fresh air entering property when we woke the following morning we each had multiple bites over our body's.

The room was very small but the main issue was our fan was broken during the first ever red alert danger to life heat wave I messaged the owner via booking to get help and got no response so we didn’t have a comfortable stay at all

− Noisy fan. Too noisy to use while sleeping. Was difficult to find.

I consider this apartment a "Rabbit Hole" not recommended for tourists.

Location only

− This place should be taken off your books. it gives booking .com a bad name. The photo of the place is completely misleading. There is no number 50A. It took us considerable time to find it by asking around the neighbourhood.

Disgusted and disappointed

− The stairs were very steep and narrow. There was mould on the wall and a decent hole in the wall with electric wiring switch. The so called balcony could only be reached by climbing out the window and as the planks of wood for flooring was warped, would imagine unsafe to stand on IF you dared. There was no fan or aircon for circulation - thus the mould?? Were so disgusted that we left within 2mins. This was a $450AU for one night - not cheap and obviously unchecked by regulatory bodies. This includes Booking. com who advertises the property. What’s the chances of having my money returned????
