Location was perfect, and the rooftop was very nice. Staff was helpful, they had water down in the reception and a small

− Very smal room. Was expected from pictures though, but was even smaller than we thought. Hard to open suitcases. Wouldn’t be a problem if you don’t have much luggage and staying for just a few days.

I guess for NYC and Manhattan its a good value for money
7.0The stuff was really helpfull. I had a problem with being double charged and they solved it quickly. Late check in was not a problem either.
− The AC in the room has a vent directly next to bed, which makes you cold during the night
