6.0Sadly when we arrived the panoramic room we prepaid for was given to other guests so we were put in a room with no view nor working jacuzzi and the hotel did not even give us a refund for the downgraded situation
They are amazing

4.0It was really small and weak air condition,no fresh air at all in my room ,everything renovated but with worse quality ,parking was included but it doesn’t have any parking
