Nice small but Clean and comfortable. Best location in Taksim square. Good price

First of all this place, it was not clean at all. The stuff are sitting and not doing anything. I was placed in the third floor and people they are smoking. I tried to open the window to get some fresh air. The window was almost to fall out thankfully, I have a strong hands I was able to hold in my hands. Staff was not very helpful and approachable or to ask to follow up with you if you need anything or assist you with anything. I end up using the same towel for almost a week. They provide me two towels, not even extra for the face the last day. I asked somebody if I can come clean my room the guy when he came to clean the room he didn’t even clean properly. The location was OK. It was close to Taxi Square but anything else no breakfast was terrible tomato which was probably cut night before and cucumber not even fresh one boiled egg and some bread. What kind of breakfast is that?. very poor and discharged for a breakfast. The coffee was a pure water even when you sit at the kitchen was not even clean and it smells. The cleanliness was the big part for me was not clean at all.

Nada, el hotel más sucio que he visto en mi vida. El trato del recepcionista fue tan pésimo que cancelamos nuestra estancia, perdiendo lo que habíamos pagado. La entrada olía a tabaco. Los otros huéspedes que había en la recepción estaban quejándose de lo sucias que estaban las habitaciones y pedían que se limpien y cambien las sábanas y toallas. EL PEOR LUGAR PARA ALOJARSE, sin duda.

− The wifi connection

For those who plan to stay short and just sleep in, this is the right place to be at.

I liked the location of the place and breakfast offer.

− The bedcovers and the pillows were black dirty. So was the floor. There were three beds and only two towels. When we asked for one more, they said the cleaning person is not there and they have no access to the towels and so. The AC was not working properly it was switching from 26 to 18 to 26 degrees, quite weird. When you use the shower, the water is all over as the shower is not working properly. The hotel had slippers for the room, but they were too slippery for the bathroom and not appropriate.
