6.0Pas d’eau sur les 2 derniers jours et d’électricité le dernier jour . Problème de tuyauterie (fuite robinet lavabo) une ampoule du lit à changer . Petit déjeuner oublié le 1er jour .Serviette de toilettes et draps pas très propres .Personnel très gentil cependant .Avantages gold comme surclassement chambre non respecté cette fois .

8.0I liked the staff the most, very accommodating and helpful with our needs. It's a small hotel with no elevator. It's located right across the highway and close to the busy life of the city so expect some noise up until 11 PM. The room was clean & bed comfortable. Budget-friendly to those staying a night or two in Istanbul.
