1.0DISAPPOINTED!!! We got a small room without window !! Imagine living in room WITHOUT WINDOW like in prison!! Specially because there is no like a option in booking ! So unfair! You couldn’t control air conditioning and it was very hot without air! Like i see there is many situations like this and they didnt do nothing about it , it shows how unprofessional they are and how they dont care! Although we didnt get some things like glass for water and something like that . Im so disappointed and one big NO!
