2.0This is the first place ever that does not have heating provided when it is needed, we just froze at night, very bad by all means. Never again for a place like this.

4.0Only 2 Positives: location for me, fair price. Everything else is bad. I reserved 45m2 one bedroom apartment, but they gave me a smaller unit of 40 m2, they refused to change it. Dirty curtains and filthy toilet seat, I asked to clean it properly, they promised to do it, 2 days passed and they didn’t even I called them every day, on day 3, they said you have been in the apartment for 2 days already, and we will not clean it!!! Finally on day 4 they came and clean the toilet. Floor lamp was broken. No bed blanket, just bedsheet. We called them to bring a blanket.
