− I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The photos on Booking.com need to be updated urgently because they do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. The pictures appear to have been taken when the room was newly renovated, but the reality is completely different. The jacuzzi bathtub was stained and had cigarette burn marks. The sofa was also covered in cigarette burns. The entire room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I am a non-smoker and found it extremely difficult to breathe inside the room. Even my husband, who is a smoker, was uncomfortable with the smell and couldn’t understand how guests are apparently allowed to smoke inside the rooms. We asked the reception if the room could be cleaned again, but unfortunately it made very little difference. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was controlled by the reception, and despite complaining three separate times, it remained locked, leaving us to spend the entire night in unbearable heat. The advertised photos are misleading and do not represent the current condition of the accommodation. Guests deserve to know what they are actually paying for. In its current state, the room is nowhere near the standard shown online. I strongly believe the photos should be updated immediately so that future guests are not misled. It is simply not fair to book a room expecting one thing and arrive to find accommodation in such poor condition. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again.
