1.0− I tried to reserve a room twice 2 different times and every time it was cancelled with the excuse that the building was burnt down. The stove in the room did not work. There was no pan, we had to ask for everything from the lady at the reception.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not understand how this hotel is even allowed to be listed on Booking.com. It is a
1.0Nothing. The question itself feels inappropriate given the extremely dangerous and unsanitary conditions. This property should not be listed on Booking.com. My experience involved serious safety risks, including fire without a working alarm, bed bugs, and unacceptable hygiene standards.
