10.0Nice Hotel near to Taqsim and Metro also the reception staff were outstanding, especially Mariam, who was always smiling, friendly, welcoming, and professional, and Fatih, who was professional and very helpful. They made the check in and check out process quick and easy, and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Thank you both for your excellent service and warm hospitality.
