10.0Hotel was perfect size so staff knew all the guests. Room was lovely and very clean. Incredible breakfast with lots of choices. Temperature in room was always comfortable. Shout out to Mustapha who went above and beyond, but everyone was wonderful!

6.0Liked the room, excellent breakfast. We had paid for the accommodation before we checked in. One night before we were scheduled to leave we settled other bills: drinks, juice. On the day of check out as we were getting into the taxi, a staff member said we had not paid for accommodation. I provided my visa statement showing we had paid. The counter staff wanted to see the receipt as their system was not showing this. I had to take out my suitcase, locate the receipt & show it before we were permitted to leave. We had to pay extra waiting charges for the taxi. Very bad experience. Received no apologies.

10.0It's great atmosphere, friendly staff, very comfortable bed spacious rooms, beautiful roof garden restaurant, Mr Viroum will be welcoming you there, they speak your language arabic, English.
