Rooftop breakfast was amazing views over blue mosque and Bosphorus. Staff helpful and friendly and rooms were amazing

8.0The hotel was in a great location, the staff were absolutely fantastic and so accommodating of all our needs. We couldn't believe how lovely they were. The breakfast was incredible as well. The decor and history of the building was very cool, hip and rich.
− The issue was our room (Grand Deluxe) was a fair bit smaller than we anticipated and didn't have proper cupboard facilities that we needed for a longer stay.

− Beim Einchecken wurde die KK mit einem weit höheren Betrag belastet, als die Übernachtungskosten ausgemacht haben (für ev. Konsumationen). Beim Auschecken war unsere Rechnung wesentlich geringer und wir hatten aber schon Spesen für die FW Transaktion belastet, diese Vorgangsweise finde ich nicht konsumentenfreundlich. Haben wir auch Vorort diskutiert.

9.0The team were incredibly helpful, hospitality was excellent and they really made all efforts to support us and help us work out everything we needed from airport pick ups to concierge support on tours and what was available to do.
− The grand deluxe room was great however the bathroom was laid out a little narrowly but overall a very cool and hip place.

10.0Amazing service. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond, one morning a girl that was just coming to start her shift made me coffee as she saw me Waiting at the coffee shop and treated me even. They are THE best!!!
