8.0Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Area was central Was able to do all tour, booked via staff . Room was slightly small, safe was on the floor, no regular tissue was provided. SPA ,Suana and swimming pool was average. Turkish bath not available, only message at extra charge.

6.0The hotel staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast offered a decent, basic variety, which was satisfactory for a simple start to the day. I loved that the hotel is connected to the Mado dessert shop, which was a bonus for enjoying some treats. However, the experience was let down by several factors. The rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear the constant traffic outside, car horns, people talking in the walkway, and the cleaners moving equipment, this led to a significant lack of sleep, which really impacted my stay. When trying to book a hamam for Sunday as a birthday treat, I was initially told by the spa staff that it was fully booked. However, when I asked again on another day and insisted that they check the appointment slots, they suddenly had availability between 1pm and 9pm—the entire day! The sauna and steam room were great, but the pool was always a little cold, and maintenance in the pool area was lacking. Me and several others amost slipped on the wet tile floor caused by children jumping into the pool, which created large puddles that weren't cleaned up. This safety issue, combined with the noise problem and the frustrating hamam booking experience, was enough to put me off from staying here again.

10.0The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. There are lots of place to eat, Turkish baths, and shops nearby. We highly recommend!
