10.0Excellent hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, clean, with a modern bathroom & very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a highlight: a fresh buffet plus eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Plenty of choice, attentive staff, and a very clean dining area. The location couldn’t be better – right in the old city, just minutes’ walk from the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and both the Grand and Egyptian Bazaars. This hotel truly does not disappoint. Its great value for money & we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

8.0We had a really nice stay here overall. The rooms were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. They were quick to help us when we asked to move from our initial ground-floor room. That being said, I do want to mention something about the balconies and the view, as it was a bit disappointing. The hotel's photos show these amazing, unobstructed Bosphorus views. However, both our first room and the one we moved to on the 4th floor had a building directly in the way, which really blocked the sightlines. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you're booking specifically for that classic Bosphorus view, you might want to double-check with the hotel directly about which rooms actually have it. It's a great place to stay, but the view isn't a guarantee.
