We had a great experience at this amazing hotel. Our room was just what we expect, and we were made to feel very welcome. Amazing stay at Mercure Surawong

The hotel is nicely located with ease of access to local transports. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The staffs are very caring and attentive to details. Mr Noom from Bell service really helped us a lot and was always kind and humble . I recommend him. The room and bathroom were all the time very clean. All the amenities were there to make our stay pleasant. The hotel has a rooftop bar which is really amazing . You have stunning views of Bangkok from there. I recommend highly this hotel. Exceptional Well and Incredible Stay

Staff: The main reason to come back to stay again! At the check-in and out, (the same lady with long hair), her smile and smooth process has made you feel welcome and professional. At the lobby, KEY and NORM? (NUNG? a tall medium build middle aged man), both provided a step further helpful services with genuine smile and politeness. The cleaning lady (a very small build lady) will greet you every time with a very lovely smile, a pleasant start of your journey each day once you are out from your room. The night time security (a small build middle aged, able to speak Chinese), very polite as well and at one time, he carried a drunk occupant upstairs which he doesn't have to but he did it and with no despise. The services provided here is exceptional well and thank you the team in Mercure Bangkok Surawong for providing the incredible stay. General: Room is very clean and spacious enough, bed is comfy, basic tea/coffee/bottled water provided. Water pressure is a general problem in Thailand, maybe de-limescale more often with the shower head in the future. Location: 15 mins walking distance to nearest BTS station. Calling Grab to centralwOrld only takes 10 mins (avg. 130 baht) providing no traffic at all (after 11.30pm, daytime would be very different) Facilities: if it's built with a pool from the beginning, it would be perfect, but no complaint at all.
