10.0Eine tolle Location, tolles Apartment, zentral. Gute Ausstattung und sauber. Ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig mittendrin. Ich bin wirklich begeistert.
Un sitio muy céntrico, el apartamento completo , muy moderno y muy nuevo, con aire acondicionado.
10.0El alojamiento está completo, a todo lujo de detalles, no le falta de nada, dos cuartos de baño, un sofá cama muy cómodo, muy amplio, la cocina completa, el apartamento pegado a la parada del Vaporeto, a cinco minutos andando ha la plaza de San Marcos y a tres minutos del puente Rialto.
− A mi mujer no le gustó, que era un primer piso sin ascensor, por poner algo.

7.0Location great. Spacious and comfortable bed. Just needs a deep clean. And fix the Brocken shelf in the main bedroom. Great hot shower.
− Small bathroom needed a good clean. Strong smell of pee. The process to get the code and the paperwork. Not enough towels

8.0La struttura era bellissima e molto moderna. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza dei due bagni.
− Sarebbe stato sicuramente carino trovare qualcosa di benvenuto e invece mancava anche la moka per il caffè e ogni volta dovevamo attraversare la piazza e recarci al bar. Almeno la macchinetta potevate metterla, poi uno si organizza con il caffe acquistandolo al supermercato.
