10.0This was a last minute booking as my original booking was unable to be fulfilled due to the room being water damaged. The staff at Best Western are wonderful very helpful and friendly at the front desk would stay there again. Shout out to the Wotif customer service lady who organized the emergency booking she was great. 👍👍👍
