− Mi experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Llegamos 30 minutos antes del horario de check-in, cansados después del viaje, y no hubo ningún tipo de flexibilidad para permitirnos ingresar antes. Al llegar la hora del check-in, a pesar de que ya me había registrado, tuve que repetir todo el proceso. Además, bajaron mis maletas del valet, pero nadie ofreció ayuda para llevarlas hasta la habitación. Una vez en la habitación encontré que el planchador estaba roto. Durante la estadía también recibí múltiples mensajes del hotel sobre temas que ya estaban resueltos, lo que demuestra una evidente falta de coordinación. Solicité un early check-in, pero la respuesta llegó demasiado tarde. Para empeorar la situación, la habitación tenía la puerta del baño dañada y la solución que me ofrecieron fue que el personal de mantenimiento ingresara a repararla mientras yo ya estuviera ocupándola, algo que consideré inaceptable. Finalmente, el hotel cobra muchos servicios como adicionales, por lo que la relación calidad-precio no me pareció buena. Por el mismo precio existen opciones mucho mejores. Lamentablemente, no volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría.
